Samsung has launched the company’s latest 4G smartphone in the J-series – Samsung Galaxy J3 (2016) at a price tag of Rs. 8,990. It comes in Black, White and Gold colours and it is available exclusively on Snapdeal starting today. It also comes with double data offer for Vodafone 4G customers for 6 months & 2 months for 3G customers on data packs of 1GB and above. In addition to this, users who purchase smartphone will get 1500 credits of FreeCharge, which can be used to pay bill, recharges & shopping on Snapdeal. The main highlight of the smartphone is that it comes with new S Bike mode for bikers which lets them activate pre-recorded message for callers, motion lock feature to ensure rider comes to a halt before answering, urgent calls filter and more just by active the mode by tapping on the NFC tag. It also has Ultra Data Saving (UDS) mode powered by Opera Max which compresses cellular data across all contents.

On the specifications front, it features 5-inch HD Super AMOLED display with a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels and it is powered by 1.5GHz quad-core Spreadtrum SC9830 64-bit processor which is paired with Mali-400 GPU & 1.5GB RAM. It runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system and it has 8GB in-built memory which can be expanded further up to 128GB via microSD card.
On the imaging front, it features 8MP auto-focus rear-camera with LED flash and 5MP front-facing camera for selfie & video-calling.
It has dual-SIM support and connectivity features like 4G LTE / 3G HSPA+, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.1, GPS, NFC, USB OTG.
It packs 2600mAh battery.
