Windows phone is a fast growing mobile OS against the big rivals like Android and iOS, but the lack of apps on the mobile platform is hurting it a little bit. Microsoft is rectifying this issue, especially on the social network front. The company has made some big steps in getting big social networks on the board. Pinterest is the latest social medium to give Windows Phone some love. Pinterest has released an official beta app for its collection-themed service for Microsoft’s mobile OS.
You can do pretty much anything on the beta app, but it’s not an ideal Pinterest experience… at least, not yet. Pinteret on Windows Phone is currently a shortcut to its mobile site, with a few Windows Phone-native features. According to the Pinterest, the beta app for Windows Phone won’t be as tightly integrated with the platform as the Android or iOS versions, but, it’s a start.
Are you a Windows Phone user? Are you going to try the Pinterest beta experience on your Windows Phone? If yes, let us know how the beta app is working out for you in the comments!
