Festival season is already started in India and online retailer Overcart has announced that it will sell mobile phones starting as low as Rs. 99 & refurbished laptops starting at Rs. 6,499. Apart from this, Overcart will host multiple mini-flash sales of unboxed & refurbished products from brands including Asus, Xiaomi, and Motorola in its 3-day sale festival OTT (Over the Top) sale between 29th and 31st October 2015.
