Last year, Orient Electric took the fans industry by storm by introducing its Aeroseries range of aerodynamically designed premium fans which promised maximum air delivery with minimal sound. In the beginning of this year, the company introduced its next level of innovation in the form of Aerostorm super premium ceiling fan which draws inspiration from aerofoil design and winglet technology to deliver astounding 300 CMM of air with almost nor sound.
I was lucky to be present at the launch event of Orient Aerostorm fan and trust me, this is a fan with a difference. Elegant looks, attention-grabbing winglet design, impressive air delivery and what not…this fan is a master piece in itself. There was an experience zone with a normal ceiling fan and Aerostorm installed and the difference in air delivery was evident.
Orient Aerostorm has a sweep area of 1,320mm and runs at 300 RPM. The Aerostorm comes with some amazing features like fiberglass blades, winglet technology, aerodynamic design, 18 pole motor, and PU finish. According to Orient, the “winglet design” provides Aerostorm with a low vortex that results in quieter & vibration-free operation. The blades of the Orient Aerostorm are 100% rust-free and made of high-grade glass filled compounded ABS which provides strength to the blades, making it bend-proof, and easy to clean.
The advanced aerofoil bladed coupled with winglet technology and powered by 18-pole heavy motor enabling the fan to deliver high air thrust. The seamless design, high gloss premium finish with PU paint and UV metalized deco ring adds to the premiumness of Orient Aerostorm fan.
For your information, the Orient Electric is a part of the diversified USD 1.6 million CK Birla Group and at the launch event, the top management told us that the Aero Series has been a big hit.
