MTS India has launched an exciting plan for their pre-paid subscribers – Always Talk pan with unlimited calling. This plan offers them to enjoy unlimited MTS to MTS local calls for just Rs 199. In addition to this, you also get up to 1,000 minutes of free locals calls on other networks.
