Meizu has launched the company’s latest smartphone in M series – Meizu M5 in India at a price tag of Rs. 10,499. The smartphone comes in Champanage Gold & Sapphire Blue color and the smartphone available exclusively on Tatacliq.com. Originally, the smartphone introduced in China back in October last year.

Meizu M5 features 5.2-inch HD 2.5D curved glass display with a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels and it is powered by 1.5GHz Octa-Core 64-bit MediaTek MT6750 processor which is paired with Mali T860 GPU & 3GB LPDDR3 RAM. The smartphone runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system with Flyme Os on top of it and it has 32GB internal storage which can be expanded further up to 128GB via microSD card.

The Meizu M5 features 13MP rear-camera with dual-tone LED flash, PDAF, f/2.2 aperture, 5P lens and 5MP front-facing camera, f/2.0 aperture, 4P lens for selfie & video-calling.
SIM Support, Connectivity, and Sensors:
The Meizu M5 has Hybrid SIM card slot and comes with connectivity features like 4G LTE, WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n (2.4GHz/5GHz), Bluetooth 4.0 LE, GPS / GLONASS. The smartphone comes with a number of sensors like infrared, accelerometer, ambient light sensor, proximity sensor, gyroscope, and a magnetometer.

The Meizu M5 measures 147.28 × 72.8 × 8.15mm and weighs 138g.

The Meizu M5 comes with mTouch 2.1 fingerprint sensor which is embedded into the home button and it can unlock your phone in just 0.2 seconds. The smartphone has polycarbonate body with anodized metal frame.
Battery:
The Meizu M5 packs 3070mAh battery which offers up to 66 hours of music playback, 37 hours of talk-time, 9 hours of gaming, and 5 hours of photography.
Competitors:
At such a price tag, the Meizu M5 will compete with Xiaomi Redmi Note 4, Lenovo K6 Power, and Moto G5.
