Lenovo P780 launched in India at an initial Price of Rs 22,529. P780 is the successor of P770. P780 features 5-inch (1280*720 pixels) display that Lenovo states has a 178 degree viewing angle, 1.2GHz quad-core MediaTek 6589 processor, 1 GB of RAM, 4 GB of internal memory with a microSD card slot, 8 Megapixel rear camera with LED flash and 0.3 megapixel (VGA) front facing camera for video calls, Dual-SIM support and runs on Android 4.2.1 Jelly Bean with Lenovo’s custom UI on top. All powered by a 4000 mAh battery and it is just 9.9 mm thick. There’s also 3G, Wi-Fi, bluetooth 3.0 and GPS and it will be available in stores from next month onwards.
