Intex Aqua Octa Smartphone with 6-Inch HD Display and Octa-Core CPU Launched for Rs 19,999

Intex has launched the Aqua Octa smartphone, the phone will be available for Rs 19,999. The Intex Aqua Octa smartphone is claimed to be India’s first true octa-core processor phone and the slimmest smartphone available in India with a thickness of only 7mm.  The company says the phone will be available in Black and White colors, from January 15.

Intex Aqua Octa smartphone features a 6-inch (720×1280 pixels) HD OGS (One-Glass Solution) IPS display, it measures 161×80.8x7mm and weighs 180 grams. The phone is powered by MediaTek MT6592 octa-core chipset clocked at 1.7GHz with 2GB of RAM. The phone has a 13 megapixel rear camera with autofocus and LED flash and a 5 megapixel front camera.

Intex Aqua Octa is a dual-SIM (GSM+WCDMA) device with dual standby which runs Android 4.2 Jelly Bean. It comes with 16GB of inbuilt storage, which is further expandable up to 32GB via microSD. The  Intex Aqua Octa includes 3G, Wi-Fi, Micro-USB, and Bluetooth. The phone packs a 2300mAh battery that is claimed to provide up to 6 hours of talk time and 180 hours of standby.
