ESPN Fantasy Football app is now available for all Windows Phone devices. You’ll get all the information and tools you need to manage your teams throughout the season. 
According to release notes,

The ESPN Fantasy Football App Features:
- Team Management: start/bench players, add, drop, and claim players off waivers, propose, accept, or reject trades with other team owners in your league
- FantasyCast Live Scoring: receive real-time player and matchup scoring updates.
- Fantasy News, Videos, and Tweets from ESPN fantasy analysts.
- View and post messages to your league’s message board.
