Asus will launch the company’s latest camera-centric smartphone – Asus ZenFone Zoom in India later this month. Asus has sent out the invites for the launch of Asus Zenfone Zoom and it is scheduled for January 22nd & 23rd in Agra this month. The Asus ZenFone Zoom comes in Balck & White colours and the price starts at US $399. It has a aluminium unibody frame and a leather back cover.
On the specifications front, it features 5.5-inch Full HD display with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels and it is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 4. it is powered by 2.3GHz quad-core Intel Atom Z3580 / 2.5GHz quad-core Intel Atom Z3590 processor which is paired with paired with PowerVR G6430 GPU & 4GB LPDDR3 RAM. It runs on Android 5.1 lollipop operating system with Asus Zen UI on top of it and it has 64GB/128GB in-built memory which can be expanded further up to 128GB via microSD card.
On the imaging front, it features 13MP rear-camera with OIS, 3X optical zoom, laser auto-focus, real-tone flash and 5MP front-facing camera for selfie & video-calling.
It has dual-SIM support and connectivity features like 4G LTE / 3G HSPA+, WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS, NFC.
