Last year, Asus has launched the – Asus Zenfone Selfie (ZD551KL) in India at a starting price tag of Rs. 15,999. Now, the company has launched the new variant of the smartphone & it comes with a diamond cut back panel at a price tag of Rs. 12,999. The back panels is the similar one which you see in Asus Zenfone 2 Deluxe and it offers a premium look. It comes in Glacier Gray, Sheer Gold, Polygon-Illusion Diamond White, Illusion Polygon Blue & Illusion Smooth Pink colours. The new Diamond back version is available exclusively from Amazon.in and will be available through retail outlets from September. At such a price tag, Asus Zenfone Selfie will compete against Lenovo ZUK Z1, Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 and LeEco Le 2.

It runs on Android 5.0 Lollipop operating system and has 16GB in-built memory which can be expanded further up to 64GB via microSD card.
