Asus has launched the Zenfone Go in India at a price tag of Rs. 7,999. Earlier it appeared on official Asus India website & Fliplart last month. It comes in Pure Black, Ceramic White and Glamour Red colours and it will be available at Asus exclusive outlets, all leading retail stores & Flipkart starting from today.
Commenting on the launch, Peter Chang, Regional Head – South Asia & Country Manager – System Business Group – ASUS India, said,

On the specifications front, it features 5-inch display with a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels and it is powered by 1.3GHz MediaTek MT6580 processor which is paired with Mali 400 MP2 GPU & 2GB of LPDDR3 RAM. It runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop with ZEN UI 2.0 on top of it and has 8GB in-built memory which can be expanded further up to 64GB by using microSD card.
On the imaging front, it features 8-megapixel rear-camera with LED flash and 2-megapixel front-facing camera for selfie & video-calling.
It has dual-SIM support and connectivity features like 3G HSPA+, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS.
It packs 2080mAh battery.
