Asus has launched the company’s latest smartphone – Asus Zenfone 2 ZE551ML in India at a starting price tag of Rs. 14,999. It comes in range of colours and it is exclusively available on Flipkart. It comes in three variants – 1.8GHz quad-core Intel Atom Z3560 processor, 2GB of RAM with 16GB in-built storage and 2.3GHz quad-core Intel Atom Z3580 processor which is paired with 4GB of RAM, 23GB/64GB in-built storage. It will sell View Flipcover Deluxe for the Zenfone 2 separately for Rs. 1,599.
On the specifications front, it features 5.5-inch display with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels and it is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3. It is powered 1.8GHz quad-core Intel atom Z3560 processor and another variant powered by 2.3GHz quad-core Intel Atom Z3580 processor which is paired with PowerVR G6430 GPU. It has 2GB/4GB of RAM and 16GB/32GB/64GB in-built memory which can be expanded further by using microSD card. It runs on Android 5.0 Lollipop.
On the imaging front, it features 13-megapixel rear-camera with real tone flash and has 5-megapixel front-facing camera for selfie & video-calling.
It has dual-SIM support with connectivity features like 4G LTE / 3G HSPA+, WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0 & GPS.

The Asus Zenfone 2 (ZE551ML) with 2GB RAM and Z23560 SoC is priced at Rs. 14,999. The top-end version with 4GB RAM,32GB storage, Z3580 SoC is priced at Rs. 19,999 and the 64GB variant costs Rs. 22,999.
