No more wait for the Xperia S, acro S and SL users to get official Jelly Bean update, countdown has begun. The official Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean update for Sony Xperia s, Sony Xperia SL and Sony Xperia acro S get certified. It will make an appearance by the end of this month.
A new firmware version (6.2.B.0.200) has just been certified by the PTCRB for all three devices and should become available as an OTA update.
Sony already delivered the Android Jelly Bean update to Xperia P, Xperia go, and Xperia E dual, and now the Xperia S, SL and acro S users will most probably enjoy Android Jelly Bean by the end of the month.
