Vivo has launched the company’s latest smartphone – Vivo X5Max in India at a price tag of Rs. 32,980. It is touted as a world’s slimmest smartphone. Apart from launching Vivo X5Max, Vivo also launched the four edgy & trendy smartphones. All other smartphones targeted at the versatile Indian youth. Vivo has formed a strategix marketing and communication partnership with one of India’s biggest entertainment networks Viacom18 through its Integrated Network Solutions (INS) division to market its marquee products in India. The phone will be available at all leading smartphone retail stores across most of the states in India.

On the specifications front, it features 5.5-inch Super AMOLED display with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels and it is powered by 64-bit Octa-Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 processor which is paired with 2GB of RAM. It runs on Android 4.4 KitKat with Funtouch OS 2.0 on top of it and has 16GB in-built memory which can be expanded further by using microSD card.

On the imaging front, it features 13-megapixel rear-camera with LED flash and 5-megapixel front-facing camera for selfie & video-calling.

It has dual-SIM support with dual-standby and comes with connectivity features like Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, GPS and 3G.

It packs 2600mAh battery.
