The Motorola Moto X finally got a release date scheduled. Motorola will unveil its much-anticipated smartphone, the Moto X, on August 1 at an event in New York City. Motorola sent out invitations to the media, featuring a group of youths holding black and white Moto X’s, Motorola logo, and having a little information “Moto X, August 1, New York.”
Moto X is the first smartphone Motorola has developed since its 2012 acquisition by Google. The smartphone has made plenty of buzz already around the web with some leaked specs details.
Earlier this month, Motorola teased Moto X smartphone with a full-page ad in several newspapers, claiming that the Moto X will be “the first smartphone you can design yourself.”
