After lots of rumors and leaks, ahead of MWC 2014 LG has finally unveiled G Pro 2 smartphone in its home country, South Korea. The LG G Pro 2 features a 5.9-inch (1920 x 1080 pixels) Full HD IPS display with 3.3mm slim bezel and 77.2% screen-to-body ratio, powered by a 2.26GHz quad-core Snapdragon 800 processor, 3GB RAM, runs on Android 4.4 (KitKat) with LG’s Emotional UX and it has 16GB or 32GB option along with microSD card expansion. It has a 13-megapixel rear camera with LED flash, OIS+, 4K Ultra HD video recording, slow motion video recording at 120FPS and has a range of camera features such as Magic Focus, Natural Flash, Flash for Selfie, Burst Shot and more. It has 2.1-megapixel front-facing camera for selfie.


The LG G Pro 2 has high-power 1W Hi-Fi sound which is 30% louder than G Pro and it comes with Knock ON tap to wake up option which offers you to customize the number of taps from two to eight to unlock the phone with Knock Code. In addition to this, the Content Lock option lets you lock files, photos, videos and memos with a unique password. It has rear mounted power button and volume keys, similar to LG G2 and the G Flex. It packs removable 3200mAh battery and comes with LTE-A capabilities along with Wi-Fi a/b/g/n/ac, NFC, Bluetooth 4.0, SlimPort and microUSB.


The LG has not announced the international availability and there is no word on pricing yet but would go on sale in Korea soon. The LG G Pro 2 comes in Titan, White and Red Colors
