Huawei has launched the Power-Fi 3Giwith in-built Wi-Fi range extender in India. This new feature will be available in Power-Fi data cards E8221 and E8231. Originally, the Power-Fi E8221 and E8231 are launched last year and they are multipurpose data card which takes power from laptop, car charger or power mains & provide internet connectivity to 10 devices at a time.

Unveiling this new feature, P. Sanjeev, Director -Sales(Devices Business) at Huawei India said:

“Huawei is a leader in the data card market which is a proof of our commitment towards providing our customers with superior innovations, enabling high speed connectivity. Today, there has been a phenomenal rise in the consumption of multimedia content on the web which needs high speed internet connectivity. Through this feature, users will be able to enhance their Wi-Fi signals and do much more on the Internet. We believe that this latest innovation will give consumers more value and is a step towards Huawei’s effort to provide more products and more features to Indian consumers.”

In case if you do not know, the Wi-Fi range extender will act like a Wi-Fi signal booster which pick up the Wi-Fi signal from home router and boost it to provide better connectivity in areas where Wi-FI signal strength is poor. Just by plugging the device into any USB port, you can use it either at home, office and on the go.

According to Huawei, they are designed to suit the needs of Indian consumers for high-speed data consumption across multiple devices. With this device you can connect 10 devices at a time and easily share the internet with friends & family with a single device on the go.

With Power-FI, you can save a lot of amount of money by sharing internet. The E8231 offers a download speed of 21.6Mbps and E8221 provides 14.4 Mbps speed & 5.76 Mbps upload speed. Users can manage their data usage through the Huawei Mobile Wi-Fi App, which you can download it from Google Play Store. This app helps you to monitor data usage, battery life in the real time and number of users connected to data card.
