HTC has released Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean OTA update with the HTC Sense 5 For the HTC One X+ smartphone. The new update brings the One X+ in line with the most recent HTC user interface. The package brings many features to One X+ owners. Currently unlocked One X+ models in Asia are picking up the sizable (484MB) update, U.K. and U.S. should follow next to get the update. Other HTC One X+ models shouldn’t be too far behind with their own updates. The update will be available globally very soon.
The Update brings features like BlinkFeed interface, new lockscreen, automatic video highlights, and an updated music app with visualizations. There are also updates for the camera, A long tap on the camera UI screen locks exposure and focus. Battery endurance is reportedly also improved.
HTC has started rolling out Android 4.2.2 update with Sense 5 UI, it may take a few days to come to you. Check out software update screen on your handset or go to the HTC Sync Manager program on PC to see if the company has rolled out the update for your region. It could be a few days before you see a notification pop up on your phone.
