There has been a lot of buzz about second generation Nexus 7 tablet. In the latest, it seems that the specifications for the next generation Nexus 7 tablet revealed by an ASUS support representative.
A Nexus owner contacted ASUS live chat support and enquired about the next generation Nexus 7. The first reply he got is that the tablet is expected to release before the ending of Q2, may be at the end of July. The first-generation Nexus 7 was announced in July of last year. So, a July launch wouldn’t be surprising.
After that the best part comes, the support chat also mentioned the specs of the tablet. If it would be true, all it looks nice then.

It’s very strange that how someone from support team give them up so easily, but now days its very common for companies to place leaks ahead of launches to generate buzz about the product. But after all take this as another rumored buzz.
Update: We got more from the other sources, the screen will be even better than it was before. The first-gen Nexus 7 has a 1,280×800 screen, with a pixel density of 216 pixels per inch. The new display would up this to 323 pixels per inch. The 2nd gen Nexus 7 will sport a 4,000 mAh Li-ion battery.
According to the Taipei technology site, a 16GB version of 2nd gen Nexus 7 is expected to be priced at US$229, we are expecting a bit less.
After all it seems like that Google may get its second-generation small tablet into consumers’ hands before Apple does. It will be competing against the Apple iPad Mini 2, the second-generation iPad Mini could arrive late in the third quarter or it may be in the fourth quarter.
