Flipkart has launched the “Turbo Charge campaign” and this campaign primarily aims to enable small sellers to streamline all the back-end processes involved in handling the massive customer demand during this period.

Speaking on this occasion Manish Maheshwari, Head & VP, Seller Ecosystem, Flipkart said:

‘’With the launch of the campaign Flipkart aims to provide customized services to the merchants according to their requirements through our eco-system partners across 52 cities in the country. We expect close to 10000 sellers to subscribe with our partners through this campaign in the next three months. Campaign like these will not only increase seller adoption but also help establish sustainable partnerships between us, partners and sellers too’’

Manish also added:

‘’More often than not, we see a lot of sellers start out online and lose track due to lack of proper guidance and support – Through this campaign will aim to enable these sellers to get back on track and become successful sellers. Sellers will be able to plan their business growth better with assistance from these FSA partners. The festive season is the best time for the sellers to come on board owing to the high customer demand for shopping online’’

Flipkart tied up with likes of Browntape, ChikiWeb, Onio, 99 yrs, Blubox, Seller Worx furthering the effort of ensuring a hassle-free online journey to every seller. Through this one of a kind initiative, sellers can now avail assistance from the full service agencies starting from registration, training, cataloguing, and packaging to financial assistances.
Currently there are 40,000 live sellers on the platform. With this campaign, Flipkart, aims at increasing its seller base exponentially, to meet its target of on boarding 1, 00,000 sellers by the end of the year.
