Microsoft announced that Adobe has released an official PDF reading application for Windows Phone 8. According to blog post

“You can open and read a wide variety of PDF documents, including ones that come password protected. Built-in features include the ability to copy and paste, search the text for specific words, and zoom in on a page. Navigate docs quick with thumbnails, then read page-by-page or in continuous scroll mode. Hyperlinks and bookmarks are supported, too, so you can jump directly to a webpage or to a particular section of a PDF”.

The best thing I like is that the navigation throughout the PDF content is smooth and you can use the bookmarks to jump directly to a section in your PDF document. It also allows you to tap on the links in the PDF file to open linked web pages. In addition to this, you can quickly navigate through large documents using thumbnails and lastly, the app lets you select and copy text from a PDF file to the clipboard.

It is an free application and available only in English only. Adobe Reader app for Windows Phone 8 can be download from here:
